As we mentioned in another post, AMC’s The Walking Deadwill be filming in Haralson, GA this week. One of our followers, and fellow fan, Daniel was able to go by today and get some more photos of the vehicles in the staging area.

Hey WDL, first off thanks for updating your site everyday, it’s the only site entertaining me until TWD returns
. Secondly, didn’t they do a contest to give away shane’s hyundai? So how do they still have it? Just wondering.

As for the Hyundai, I’m sure they gave away one that was the same make, model, color, etc and not the actual one that was used on the show. Or, they gave away the one on the show and replaced it with an identical one. Either way, they can’t really just have the car disappear from the show because it was given away in a contest as that’d probably break the fourth wall just a bit much for most fans.
That’s true actually if you think about it that way because the it’s now being used by Glen and Maggie. They’re on foot right now since they ran out of gas but I guess they’ll get some from the prison and use the vehicles again.
Funny you should mention that… My friend and I actually talked about that yesterday. We noticed that it was in really good shape(no dents or dings). I would guess that they gave the original one away and that the one I saw yesterday is a replacement.
