I think this will finally wrap up all of the photos sent in by fans which have been sent to us over the last couple of months. First we have three photos sent in by Derek (@heyitsmederek) from the Haralson, GA location last week.
Then we have some photos sent in by Jack. Jack sent us some pictures of Senoia (Woodbury) as well as a couple of photos at Raleigh Studios Atlanta, the studio location near Senoia where the show is filmed.
Thank you to both Derek and Jack for sending in these photos.
I hope everyone enjoys and hope everyone is ready for the season three premiere which is finally upon us tonight!

Thank you Walking Dead Locations for the info on filming sites. Thanks to you, my kids and I were able to meet Norman Reedus and Laurie Holden on Friday in Haralson. Although Norman was in a hurry to catch a plane to New York, he took time to take pictures and sign autographs. Such a nice guy.
You’re welcome, Laurie, and thank you for sharing a great story!
How much more filming are they going to do then?
Not sure. Last I heard they were filming “through November”, but I’ve never heard a definite end date. They never really put an end date out. The Haralson, GA location was, I heard, for episode 13. With 16 episodes this season, they’re probably not far from being finished, though they don’t always film things in order.
I was told Nov 16th was the the tentative wrap date but weather could push that back(or speed it up). And FYI, they do shoot all the episodes in order. They don’t always shoot each scene in order but the episodes are. And each episode takes 9 days(give or take a day) to shoot. So they would mean they have approximately 27 days of shooting left, not counting weekends.
Back in august when they were in grantville a man from the crew said they were filming episode 12 but when they left they had to film episode 11. they got the area at a certain time they had to skip ahead one
These are awesome pictures, pet semetary II was filmed here also.
does anyone know if they’re still in Haralson this week? I was going to go tomorrow….
I don’t believe so. The last day there was last Friday (10/12).
Hey Jack who sent in the above pictures, how did you get these pictures with Daryl & Andrea? I’m so jealous. I live very close to Senoia & Haralson, but I’ve been told because of security during filming, getting to actually see anything is close to impossible so I haven’t even tried. Any advice?
Ok …. so we know Daryl and Andrea are in Episode 15 …. *interesting*
My advice, Paula, is not to try and catch filming. Too much could go wrong if you’re in the wrong place at the wrong time and I worried about taking pics around Senoia when they weren’t filming. I personally didn’t want to ruin anyone else’s chances of seeing the sets by me being “nosey” while on set.
I know when I went to Senoia they were filming and the public was kept behind barriers and we had to be quiet at certain times. So we didn’t get to meet anyone even though I did see “Michonne” and “Andrea” walk by. It’s probably best to be there when they are not actually filming but I don’t really know when that’s going to be when members of the cast are there as well. Oh well, keep on trying.
It really is hard to tell how much access fans will have, or how close you’ll be able to get, until you’re actually on site. Some fans have been able to easily meet cast members and other fans haven’t even been able to get within view of filming. It just depends on what they’re filming that day, how much time they have, and how far back they’re keeping the fans that day.
saudades estou ansiosa aguardando o 4 episodio 5,,6,7,8,9, etc…….naõ consigo me ver sem assistir esse personagem do walkingdead
I’m traveling to Atlanta and Senoia this weekend and would really like to visit “Woodbury.” I’m a HUGE Walking Dead Fan. I know Woodbury is in Senoia but where exactly is The Governor;s house at? If someone could email me the location at kevin89carolina@yahoo.com you don’t know how much I’d appreciate it!
If you look at Google Maps it’s an empty lot there. However, I’ve marked it on our location map here. It’s fairly easy to find as you’re driving through Senoia, it’s next to the coffee shop.
