In “Days Gone Bye” we meet Morgan, a man who is squatting in a house near Rick’s home. We see Morgan later in the episode shooting, and killing, zombies on the street in front of the house.
This house is located at the intersection of Ormond St SE & Rawlins St SE in Atlanta, nearly around the corner from the house used as Rick’s house. Both are in the Grant Park area and like Rick’s house, this house is also on the market though currently occupied.
As you can see from the pics below, the production team did remove the white picket fence which ran along the front of the property for shooting purposes.
